Q.
How to disable popup blockers.
There are quite a few pop-up blockers on the market right now.  Although they are all unique, they have some common characteristics.  When a pop-up window has been blocked, you will normally see a message at the top of your window like "55 blocked" or "A pop-up window has been blocked".  By moving your mouse over that message, you will generally receive instructions on how to fix it.

Ex 1: Google's pop-up blocker.  If you see a button like "55 blocked", then click it so that it says "Site popups allowed".Ex 2: Internet Explorer's pop-up blocker.  If there is a quarter-inch off-white stripe at the top of your window, it will tell you what to click to make the window appear.Ex 3: Most pop-up blockers will also allow you to hold the "Ctrl" key down while clicking to bypass their protection.

If you are still unable to turn off your pop-up blocker for our site, please look at the top of your page for a link that will allow you to open the window in a different way (that is often allowed by pop-up blockers).

Q.
What is the best web browser to use?
Internet Explorer works best with CACFPOnline.
Q.
My entire claim won't print. What do I do so it will print??

1.  Log into CACFponline using Internet Explorer.
2.  In the Internet Explorer menu, go to "View" and look at "Text Size".
3.  Begin by selecting "Medium".  This may cause the text on your screen to change sizes.
4.  If the text did not get smaller, repeat step 3 and select "Smaller" or "Smallest".
5.  Preview the claim again and print using Landscape.

Q.
I added a child but his name does not appear when I go to put in meals. What did I do wrong?
The first thing to look at is the start date for the child.  The child will not appear on the attendance list until the first date that is recorded on the initial child page.  When enrolling new children it is VERY important that the start date is accurate.  If you did not change the date, the system will always default to the current date.
Q.
I wanted to preview my claim but accidentally hit the "submit" button instead. How can I have my claim returned?
Contact your Sponsor.  They are able to return your claim to you.
Q.
A menu item I included in my cycle menus is no longer listed. What happened?
There have been instances where a new food item had been added to the system but was not approved for a particular meal.  In this case, the food was either totally removed from the food item list, moved to the appropriate food category (vegetable instead of bread) or moved to the "other" category.
Q.
Why am I required to change my password so often?
SECURITY!!  Your Sponsor will determine how often the password will need to be reset.  The system will remember your prior password, so you will not allowed to use it.
